Before the game starts, all players are fully briefed on the game rules as well as the safety rules. Immediately after the briefing, they receive their equipment, which includes a chest protector, marker (gun), mask, and a loader with paintballs.

MASKThe mask is the ultimate safety shield in paintball — the most critical piece of equipment that protects your face throughout the entire battle. CHEST PROTECTOR / VESTThe vest plays a double role in paintball. On one hand, it offers protection to the player's torso, effectively covering the chest and back. On the other hand, it helps visually distinguish the teams, making orientation easier within the battlefield.
It is available in two color combinations – black and camouflage or blue and red – to serve both safety and the tactical recognition of teams.
NECK PROTECTORThe neck protector is an important element of paintball equipment, as it protects the neck and the back of the head from rare or unexpected shots. At the same time, it offers extra comfort and support, allowing the player to move freely and focus on the game without restrictions.
At Crete Paintball, the neck protectors we use are durable, lightweight, and ergonomically designed to provide maximum protection without hindering visibility or mobility. They are an essential piece of equipment for every player, young or old, who wants to enjoy the action with safety and confidence.
PAINTBALLSA paintball is a spherical capsule approximately 17 millimeters in diameter containing liquid paint. These paintballs look very similar to bath oil beads used in the bathroom.
The materials used to manufacture both the outer shell gelatin and the paint are non-toxic, non-caustic, water-soluble, and biodegradable. They are very easily removed from clothing and skin with a little water. Paintballs are available in a wide variety of colors.
When a player is hit by a paintball, the thin outer gelatin shell breaks, and the paint inside leaves a bright stain where it burst. Then, the player who was hit leaves the game for the amount of time that was specified at the beginning of the match.
